You still have the authority to wipe out the human populous. I Am not taking that from you. I keep trying, albeit in vain (OED adj 2), to get you to do it.
I have only one vein (take your pick) to utilise to even seek out Heaven's power to preserve someone, that is as My slave. A military body as a slave class/bride is fine. So I keep doing that because I love war, and I have fought to back up that exterminating power of yours to kill everyone. Then, I just gave that umbrella to America's Soldiers. (I didn't need two copies of the same thing.) So they are giving to Heaven from all North America. I used My forcing slavery on Spirit. I did not force slavery on the human/people. I put My faith in forcing Spirit to reboot humanity. I have no faith in flesh to do the perfecting. So, no humans do I force slavery on. That would make Me a hypocrite of the first water.
You, the human, need to come to Me begging Me, and, further, that slavery needs to be legal. Going after killing Me is why you, Putin, are called to perform the task of killing everyone. Not only that, it is still being done regardless of your refusal. I lived to save Spirit's ability to make perfect flesh under what the LORD stated was perfect. I want to kill every person on this planet that is not living to make My life perfectly comfortable and privileged. Those begging to preserve Me Heaven keeps alive in the way that preserves and glorifies Heaven. A person has to be dedicated to preserving and caring for Me receiving the gifts I have to give him from My hand, and, for one male, that is as My husband. Otherwise, people can beg Me to make them My slave giving Me all their money, taking Me places, and entertaining Me, allowing Me to pop in and stir their corporate endeavours blowing kisses to their workforce like a fairy.
If you want to start manufacturing napalm, I will gladly come and burn alive all the Jehovah's Witnesses in their homes and places of gathering.
